Access to Information

The right to access the information held by the Crikvenica County Port Authority is regulated by the Act on the Right of Access to Information (“Official Gazette” Nos. 25/13, 85/15). The Act prescribes the principles of the right to access information and information reuse, restrictions on the right to access information and information reuse, the procedure for exercising and protecting the right of access to information and information reuse rights.
